Clinical care

We provide cancer care and work closely in well established multidisciplinary teams with our medical oncologist, radiation oncologist, radiology, pathology, nursing and research colleagues. Our breast physician manages benign breast disease and issues related to high genetic risk of breast cancer requiring regular breast screening.

Patients requiring surgery are offered care through the private health system at The Mater and North Shore Private Hospitals and the public health system through Royal North Shore, Royal Prince Alfred and Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Hospitals.

Our practice is strongly committed to research and offers clinical trials for breast cancer and melanoma patients through the Patricia Ritchie Centre for Cancer Care and Research at the Mater Hospital and the Melanoma Institute of Australia. In addition, we are all involved in co-operative research and audit to ensure that we continue to provide a high standard of care to our patients. Read more
